Hi Mountain Hunter’s Blend Summer Sausage has the same great flavor as our Hunter’s Blend Jerky and Snackin’ Stick Kits and is one of our most popular blends. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
Kit includes two 4.2 oz. packets of Hi Mountain cure, two 10 oz. seasoning packets, one pack of mahogany fibrous casings and detailed instructions.
Ingredients:
Corn Syrup solids, salt, spices, flavor (dextrose, salt, yeast), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), sugar, dehydrated garlic, soybean oil (refined to be allergen free), spice extractives, char oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural hickory smoke), less than 2% silicon dioxide for anti caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.Bulk size seasons up to 120 lbs. of meat.
