Hi Mountain Mesquite Snackin' Stick Kit is made for mesquite smoke lovers. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat.
Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm mahogany collagen casings.
Bulk size seasons up to 265 lbs. of whole muscle meat. Please note that cure or casings are not included with the bulk size and must be purchased separately - you can buy bulk seasoning and cure here. Casings can purchased here.
Ingredients:
Salt, spice, garlic powder, mesquite powder and spice extractives with malto-dextrin, and not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
